1. Products

All products sold on the Site are made with food-grade materials that are certified for use with food. We offer a 2-year warranty on all our silicone molds, provided the molds are used correctly according to the provided instructions. If the product is used incorrectly, we do not accept responsibility for damage or malfunction.

2. Order Process & Payment

By placing an order through our Site, you confirm that all details provided, including payment information, are accurate. We accept payments via PayPal, credit cards, and bank transfers (if available). Orders are processed only after payment has been confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide, except for countries where our courier does not operate, or regions experiencing conflict. We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or strikes.

If your shipment requires customs clearance, you are responsible for all customs duties and taxes associated with your order. These charges are not included in the price of the product or shipping, and you should check with your local customs office for more details.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Custom Products: Products that are custom-made, such as those with logos or specific designs, are non-returnable. Before production, we provide photos of the product and the design outcome, and send a digital file to you for approval.

• Non-Custom Products: You may return unused products within 7 days of receipt, provided that the item is in its original packaging and condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Damaged or Faulty Products: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds but will provide a replacement for products that meet the conditions outlined in our returns policy. Please note that replacement requests must be made within the return period of 7 days.

5. Use of Website & Content

All content on the Site, including images, text, logos, and designs, are the intellectual property of Scima Molds. You may not use any content from the Site for commercial purposes or promotional activities without our explicit permission. If any content from our website is used without consent, we reserve the right to take legal action under Greek law.

6. Limitations of Liability

Scima Molds is not responsible for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. If a customer uses a mold improperly and it leads to damage or injury, we cannot be held liable. Customers should follow the provided usage instructions carefully.

In the event that a product is found to be unsuitable for use or is damaged after the customer has used it, we will not be held responsible for such damage.

Disclaimer for Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to follow the instructions for use provided with each product. If the product is used inappropriately, or for purposes other than intended, Scima Molds will not be held liable for any consequences or damages caused by improper use.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms & Conditions due to events beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Customs Duties and Taxes

For customers outside the EU, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges that may arise when the product enters your country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices, and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further details regarding these potential charges.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. By continuing to use the Site, you agree to the updated Terms & Conditions.

Please note that all digital models may have slight variations when translated into physical form. While we strive for the highest precision, factors such as material properties, production processes, and post-processing can result in minor differences from the digital representation.
